and registered under my name as evidenced by Certificate of Title No T487871 issued by the Register of Deeds of Calamba, Laguna, in
accordance with the Land Registration Act, which property is more

of which in full is hereby acknowledged, I hereby sell, transfer, and
convey to ARACELGINIA E OJEDA of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
Purdue Street, Celdran Village, Iligan City, Philippines, her heirs,
successors, and assigns, the above-described property together with all
the improvements found therein.
That I, ARACELGINIA E OJEDA whose age and other personal
circumstances are mentioned in the next preceding paragraph, do hereby
accept this deed of absolute sale and agree to all the conditions provided
therein.
