Project Description

The objective of this project was to develop common data services to Create, Read,
Update, Delete and Search Business Contact Details. The Entire BCDB Domain was
split into 2 modules, as below:
BCDB Master
AAB had its Client database on IMS systems. AAB decided to convert this into DB2
database, which was called as BCDB (Business Contact Database). The conversion
from IMS to DB2 and synchronization was done in Master.
BCDB Dialogues
AAB decided to phase out the IMS screens and CDB and convert them into J2EE and
BCDB respectively. The business logic to perform CRUDS functionality was
implemented in data services.
