1.

The Special Leave Petition has been filed against the


Impugned Judgment and final order dated 29.01.2014

passed by the Honble High Court of Judicature at


Allahabad in Special Appeal Defective No.24 of 2014,
whereby the Honble High Court has been pleased to
dismiss the said appeal of the petitioners herein in
terms of Judgment and order dated 29.01.2014 passed
by the Honble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in
Special Appeal defective No.81 of 2014.
2.

The applicant seeks the leave of this Honble Court that


the contents of Special Leave Petition may be treated
as part and parcel of the present application as the
same are not being repeated herein for sake of brevity.

That

it

is

most

respectfully

submitted

that

the

appointment of the petitioners so claimed, is in


question in the matter on the basis of their eligibility
education

degree

obtained

from

CMJ,

Meghalaya

University.
4.

It is further submitted that the establishment and


recognition of CMJ University, Meghalaya is also in
question for consideration.

5.

It is further submitted that an order/judgment dated


16.07.2015 passed by the Honble High Court of
Meghalaya in W.P. (C) 177/2014 while quashing and
setting a-side the order dated 31.03.2014 and the
Show Cause Notices dated 11.12.2013 and 24.01.2014
are very much necessary for the fair adjudication of
this matter. A true copy of Judgment and order dated
16.07.2015 in WP (C) No.177/2014 passed by the
Honble High Court of Meghalaya is being appended

herewith as ANNEXURE P-10 (Page

It is further submitted that the CMJ University Shilong,


Meghalaya has been placed at serial no.93 of state wise
list of private universities as on 14.01.2016 issued by
University Grant Commission.
A true copy of list of private universities as on
14.01.2016 issued by University Grant Commission is

being appended herewith as ANNEXURE P-11

is

further

judgment

university (Established by Govt. of Meghalaya as per


section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956 issued notice regarding
its functioning to all the students perusing respective
courses with the university to resume their studies.

That it is most respectfully submitted that verification


report dated 11.03.2016 of certificate and mark-sheet
as per public notice dated 26.11.2015 published in the
Times of India are available with the petitioner herein
which are found genuine after due verification, are also
need to be taken on record.

That it is most respectfully submitted that verification

as per public notice dated 26.11.2015 published in the
Times of India are available with the petitioner herein
which are found genuine after due verification, are also
need to be taken on record.

10. That it is most respectfully that the above mentioned


documents are needed to be taken on record for the
proper adjudication of present SLP.
11. That in view of the facts and circumstances of the case
it is expedient in the interest of justice that the
petitioner herein may be permitted to file abovesaid

document subject to the terms and conditions as may


be considered appropriate by this Honble Court.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this
Honble Court may graciously be pleased to:I)

permit the petitioner herein to file the abovesaid


additional documents so that it can be taken on record;
and

II)

pass such other order or further orders as this Honble


Court deem fit and necessary in the interest of justice.
