In SMU 335 01, Instrumental Conducting, I was conductor of an instrumental group, in
which I had to give corrections and details both in written, oral, and physical gestures to
the different parts of the musical ensemble.

relates to us in our own lives as well as what we can do to help those that do not have

Beatles changed and invented things that strongly influenced the modern world of

Apply Catholic social teaching to the analysis of contemporary social issues
In SLA 400 02, Senior Integrative Seminar, I applied Catholic Social teachings to a
project regarding Sexual Assault and the effect that our project had on the community.
Recognize the value of diverse spiritual and religious perspectives
In SRT 235 01, Protestant Traditions, I did research and a power point on how many
different Protestant and Catholic religions look at the view of saints and how it works in
their religions.
Integrate the practice of charity with the skill of justice
In SLA 400 02, Senior Integrative Seminar, our class donated the funds from a social
action project that we did to the Blackburn Center to help aid sexual assault victims.
Exercise responsible freedom and civic engagement based on an informed
value system
In SHP 410 HP, Senior Honors Presentation, I was able to put on a benefit for St.
Vincent de Paul, with a music concert. This was based on my values of charity and faith
as well as getting involved in the community and getting the community involved with
me.
