In general, after we discussed we agree that peer observation prepares us before the final
observation. It highlights the strength point which we should keep on and the weakness
point which we should improve. Hassa have a nice strategy to grade students attention by
her voice levels and the body language.

Generally, Hassa should focus in grad students attention more because she focused in the
students who are siting in the front of her while others losing her attention. That will guide
them for misbehavior and understanding.

Peer observation is a valuable experience to learn and improve our teaching strategies,
activities and producers. Generally, Noora class was very good but she should include more
writing works for students as they are in grade 4 and thats will make them more familiar
with the new vocabulary.

After our discussion we decided that Noora need for more progressing in the classroom
