AADHAAR)/AdmitCardorCertificateofMadhyamikorequivalentexaminationwithphotograph/PANCard/
DrivingLicense/BankPassBookcontainingphotographoftheCandidateoranyotherPhotoIdentityCard
issuedbytheCompetentGovt.Authoritytoprovetheiridentity.
3. Candidatesmustreporttheirvenueatleast45minutesbeforecommencementoftheexamination.
4. Admissiontotheexaminationvenuewillnotbeallowedaftercommencementoftheexamination.
5. Underanycircumstances,requestforchangeofexaminationvenuewillnotbeentertained,whatsoever.
6. NocandidateshallbeallowedtobringMobilePhonesoranyothermeansofWirelessCommunication,either
intheworkingorswitchoffmode,CalculatorsandanykindofElectronicGadgetsinsidetheExaminationHall.
Ifanycandidateisfoundwithanysucharticlesinhis/herpossession,his/hercandidatureshallbecancelled
summarilyandthiswillentaillegalaction.TheCommissionwillnotprovideanyarrangementforcustodyof
sucharticles.Anyunrulybehaviour/disturbanceattheExaminationHallwillbeviewedseriouslyandmay
entaildisciplinaryproceedingsagainsttheconcernedcandidate.
7. Candidatesareadvisedtogothroughthe"InstructionstotheCandidatesforKPS16and"ModelOMRAnswer
Sheet"availableatCommission'swebsitewww.wbssc.gov.inbeforeappearingintheexamination.
8. VisuallyHandicapped(VH)candidates,whohavealreadymentionedintheirapplicationsforoptingforthe
SCRIBEcanavailassistanceoftheSCRIBEontheirbehalf.LM/CPcandidates,whohavealreadymentionedin
theirapplicationsforoptingfortheSCRIBEcanavailassistanceoftheSCRIBEontheirbehalfONLYAFTER
DUECONSIDERATION&APPROVALBYTHECOMMISSION.Inbothcases,thecandidateswillhaveto
arrangetheirownSCRIBEattheirowncostduringtheexaminationandhe/sheshallberesponsibleforany
misconductonthepartoftheSCRIBEbroughtbyhim/her.
9.Candidates,INPERSON,mustreporttotheCommissionatMayukhBhavan,ExaminationCell,3rdFloor,
SaltLake,Kolkata700091onandfrom07/12/2016to14/12/2016between12:00Noonto04:00P.M.carrying
relevantarticlesinOriginalavailabletohim/heraswellas02copiesofpresentPassportsizePhotographs,in
caseofanydiscrepancyfoundintheirpersonaldetailsprintedontheAdmitCardorincaseofPhotonot
available/mismatchorunidentifiableintheAdmitCard,fornecessaryrectification.Anyprayerfor
rectification,inthisregard,willnotbeentertainedthereafter,underanycircumstances,whatsoever.
10.ThisAdmitCarddoesnotgiveanyguaranteeforemployment.Ifitisfoundlateratanystagethatany
candidatedoesnotfulfilanyoftheconditionsofeligibilityasAdvertised,his/hercandidaturewillbecancelled.
Candidateshouldsatisfyhimself/herselfthathe/shefulfilsalltheconditionsofeligibilitytoavoidany
disappointmentatlaterstageontheabovegrounds.
