The appointed managers is one NPM slogan in some countries by loosening up
but elsewhere it is the managers manage by having them to compete and engage in

functions, and responsibilities. Other countries have withdrawn their ministries and

in the public administration and management are in the process of developing a new
framework for researching new plans and experiences in several countries. Instead of
using the model, they used the ideas embodied in it from the true practices of those who
have to deal it with government problems in innovative means. The new public
management is the term for a group of administrative doctrines in the reform agenda of
several countries that was started in the previous decades.
The active control of public organizations was the first dimension of NPM and was
qualified by managers wielding skills and authority. These plans are reforming the
government business processing power and the New Public Management doctrines of
the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development countries. Reinventing
the Government was written to spread out the new ways of making service in the public
sector. Reinvention is a revolutionary change process that had happened before in has
been occurring yet again in the local governments and in other places.
The reengineering is more inward looking and gives more focus to the role of
information technology. BPR has been widely used in private business, but only to a
limited used in the public administration. The features of the models are being
compared in the table of modified terms, based loosely on the convenient comparison of
