CONTRACT OF

LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Lease made and entered into, by and between:
TESSSIE S. GAMO, of legal age, Filipino and with postal address at
Macadam Road, Bgy. Rio Tuba, Bataraza, Palawan, Philippines, hereinafter referred
to as LESSOR.
-andCHARLIE PADUL, of legal age, Filipino and with postal address at Puerto
Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as LESSEE.
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the LESSOR represents that she is the absolute and registered
owner of the parcel of commercial land together with the commercial building
constructed thereon situated at Macadam Road,Bgy. Rio Tuba, Bataraza, Palawan,
Philippines.
WHEREAS, the LESSEE is desirous to lease and occupy a portion of the above
mentioned commercial space, situated on the second floor of the building.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the payment of the rents and
compliance with all the conditions and covenants, the LESSOR hereby leases and
lets the said commercial space unto the LESSEE, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
1.

That this Contract of Lease should be a period of One (1) YEAR TO

COMMENCE ON July 1, 2016 and to expire July 1, 2017 and renewable for
another period under the terms and conditions acceptable to both parties and
agreed upon in a separate instrument.

2. That the LESSEE shall pay to the LESSOR a net monthly rental in the amount
of FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P4,000.00) Philippine Currency.
3. That the LESSEE hereby binds itself to pay the LESSOR the amount of TWELVE
THOUSAND PESOS (12,000.00) Philippine Currency, representing one (1)
month advance rental payment and two (2) months deposit. The LESSEE
likewise binds itself to pay the amount of TWELVE THOUSAND PESOS
(P12,000.00) Philippine Currency.

4. Failure on the part of either party to faithfully and diligently comply with the
conditions above set forth shall be ground to cancel this agreement.
5. Other matters not incl;uded herein maybe subject to supplementary
agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto affixed their
signatures on the places and on the dates shown on their respective
acknowledgments.

before me, with Competent Evidence of Identity number TIN No._________ known to
me and to me known to be the same person who executed this Contract of Lease
consisting of three(3) pages including this Acknowledgment and who acknowledged
before me that the same is his/her own free act and voluntary deed.
