Review the central truth, the memory verse, prayer and

confessions, and read the Bible story with your child each
day. As this is done, let your child color in or put a sticker
on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional.
At the end of the week please sign as proof of completion
and return to the teacher. Children who complete 3 weeks
Power Cords in a month will have their picture posted in
the foyer of Power Source.

Jesus is Gods gift to us.

Father God,

For a long time, men of God, called prophets, told about

Jesus coming. God chose a carpenter named Joseph
and a young girl named Mary to be Jesus parents. He
was born in a place where the animals were kept. His
bed was the animals feed box. He was wrapped in plain
cloths. His birth seemed very simple, but Jesus was such
a special baby - he was Gods son!!
Isaiah 7:14, Luke 2:1-7

Thank you for giving us the gift of Jesus. Thank you for my
parents, teachers, friends, Pastor Ron, and his family. May
they trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their
own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Forgive me when I
make bad choices. Help me to obey my parents so things
will go well with me and I will live a long life on the earth
(Ephesians 6:2-3). I will tell others how great You are and
how much I love you. Thank you that because of Jesus, I
am healed and whole.
