It is clear that you are enjoying the lesson and this was reflected on the students
Counting and saying eyes on me as a transition
Calling group by group to sit on the floor for the story
Showing a video related to the story
Using realia along with reading the story
Using puppets to prompt the students to tell the story
The puppet show is a good review for the story, but better to provide the students

with a writing worksheet to write one

Suggestions:

The pronunciation of the word dairy and hanger Tidying


It would be better to write the objectives and keep them on the board
Ask the students to use the new words in sentences
The students at the back were off track
Language errors in the lesson plan
Let the students model the activity rather than say it all by yourself
Reduce a bit the use of Arabic, the students have enough language knowledge to

understand
Rather than asking for the fastest group, but to check the quality of their work
Display the matching on the board to check with the whole class
Attract the students attention while checking the answers, some students were not

listening to either you or other peers


Better to stop the video and ask them about their prediction of how the boy can get

out his hand


Take the plastic bags and posters from the students, they were playing with them
The print of the story was not clear for those who were sitting at the back
Increase the amount of prediction questions
Some language mistakes in the story
Let the students try to take a handful of sweets and try to remove their hands out of

the jar
Ask the students to retell the story again
Some students were still playing with the posters
Dont repeat yourself for many times
Give other students a candy
