numeroushoursinpreviousplacementsobserving,assistingandteachinginartclassroomsat
variouslevels.Eachplacementwasverysuccessfulwithpositiverecommendationsfromher
supervisingteachers.Inadditiontoherplacementandstudentteachingexperiences,Ms.Brady
hasexperienceworkingwithstudentsinanassortmentofnontraditionalsettingsincludingan
afterschoolprogramgearedatsupportingatriskmiddleschoolstudents.
Ms.Bradyswarmpersonalityandrapportwithstudentsisexcellent.Shehasasolidknowledge
ofhercontentarea.Ms.Bradyconsistentlydemonstratedanindepthunderstandingofvaried
techniquesforadaptinginstructiontodiverselearners.Additionally,shedemonstratedan
extensiveunderstandingoftheneedsofK12learnersaswellasspecificstrategiesfor
appropriatecontentdevelopment.Herlessonplansalsodemonstrateanunderstandingofher
roletosupportthedevelopmentofliteracyskills.BecauseofhergenuineenthusiasmforArt
Education,studentsrespondedpositivelytoherlessons.Ms.Bradysabilitytomanageadaily
routineandappropriateclassroomdisciplinefostersapositivelearningenvironmentforall
students.
Inmyopinion,Ms.Bradyisanexcellentcandidatetoemployasateacherforyourschool.She
hasextraordinaryinitiative,excellentcharacteranddedicationtoherstudents.Alongwithher
commandofhersubjectareaandhereffectiveteachingstrategieswithallK12learners,sheis
themodelofaneffectiveteacher.Iwouldstronglyencourageyoutogiveseriousconsideration
tothisprospectiveteacher.IhavenoreservationshighlyrecommendingMs.Bradyfora
