The subscriber was visited at his office near byapanahalli gate MEG centre and

signal was tested there and found that he is being served from 54622 (old
byapanahalli) and the signal level was found to be
-69dbm.
The residence was also visited at DCA complex and found that the signal level is
-89dbm and is being served from 11019(Domlur slv) and the subscriber is having
indoor issues. A new site is proposed to provide better indoor coverage as the sites
are around 700m from the customers location.
The subscriber was in auto mode and was put into 2G mode for better performance.
