PROGRESS:
TURBINE:
Control Fluid System:
Governing system commissioning and Turbine control valves & stop valves
operation checking expected to be completed 26.08.16.
TDBFP-B:
Remote barring gear was completed.
Governing system- ESV stroking was completed and Control valve is to be
checked.
TDBFP-A:
Remote barring gear was completed.
Governing system- ESV stroking was completed and Control valve is to be
checked.
MDBFP:
MDBFP Pump trial run with recirculation was completed on 14.08.15.
Feed water control valve hunting problems are to be checked.
VACCUM PUMP:
Vacuum pump motors 2 nos. trail run completed on 20.11.14.
Suction lines modifications are to be completed.
Interlocks and protection logics are to be demonstrated to BHAVINI.
Condenser Vacuum Pump:
Both the vacuum pump trial runs were completed. Tank safety relief valve is to
be replaced.
POWER CYCLE PIPING & PIPING:
SGB-2 side NRV passing problem was rectified on 19.07.2016.
In SGB-2 side BABCOK valve passing problems are rectified of SG
module-5,6,8.
TYCO Vlave in SGB-2 side passing problems are rectified.
SGB-2 side depressurization system Electrical Motorised valves passing

problems are rectified. Interlocks and protection logics are to be

demonstrated to BHAVINI

CEP

1. CEP-B Pump trial run was completed on 22.07.2016.

2. CEP-C 8 hours trial run was completed on 27.07.2016.
3. CEP-A discharge valve is in jammed condition, rectification is under
progress .Seal water line connection is completed.CEP-A trial run is
planned to-day.BHEL(T) service engineer is in site to rectify the
CEP-A discharge valve problem.
OGDHR MOTOR:
1. OGDHR both motor trial run is completed. All C&I instruments cabling to
be completed (Customer scope).
2. Interlocks and protection logics are to be demonstrated to BHAVINI.
3. OGDHR Pump suction strainers are to be procured and erected by
BHAVINI.
OGDHR COOLING SYSTEM:
All VFD Fan trial was completed. 2 nos. VFD Fan high vibrations are to be
rectified.
C& I SYSTEM
Haridwar-TG scope C& I instruments loop checking are under progress.
ELECTRICAL ACTUATORS & CONTROL VALVES:
34 nos actuators are to be commissioned.
GENERATOR & AUXILIARIES:
All works are completed.
DEPRESSURIZATION SYSTEM:
4 Nos. pumps trial run are completed.
Interlocks and protection logics are to be demonstrated to BHAVINI.
HP Bypass Oil supply Unit (HPBP OSU) :
HP Bypass oil lines erection are under progress. Material is awaiting
from BHEL (T) for erection.

Auxiliary Boiler:
Master Pressure control and PG test to be completed.(Awaiting
Customer clearance)
DOSING SYSTEM:
All dosing pumps trial run were completed.
COLTCS and DEBRIS FILTER Drives :
Both the debris filters are jammed condition and are to be rectified.
TRANSFORMER:
1. 4 Nos. GT to be commissioned
2. 2 Nos. UAT to be commissioned
PROGRAMME
1. CEP-A trial run is planned To-day. BHEL (T) service engineer is in
site to rectify the CEP-A discharge valve problem.
2. SGB-2 side depressurization system Electrical Motorised valves
passing problems are rectified. SGB-2 module SG-7 hydro test is
planned to-day by BHAVINI. During hydro test the valve passing
problem of Babcock valve and MOV are to be checked.
3. Haridwar-TG scope C& I instruments loop checking are under
progress.
