Everyone in 21st century interacts with technology. The smartphones became a part of
our life and internet helps people to reach out everything in a few minutes. People can
access to hundred-thousand of information and resources. However, there may be so
many people doesnt have a computer, nor internet even more smartphone. By making
the right technology plan we can change this issue and can guide every single student.
They can collaborate, share ideas, and support each other with endless motivation.
The challenge for our education system is to leverage the learning sciences and
modern technology to create engaging, relevant, and personalized learning experiences
for all learners that mirror students daily lives and the reality of their futures. In
contrast to traditional classroom instruction, this requires that we put students at the
center and empower them to take control of their own learning by providing flexibility
on several dimensions.(Transforming American Education. U.S. department of
Education 2010) retrieved from
https://www.ed.gov/sites/default/files/NETP-2010-final-report.pdf
This plans goals and research meet on the same point which is technology gives more
opportunity finding more resource than traditional classroom.

The technology not only gives more opportunity but also equal opportunity to each
student. Students could improve their skills such as critical thinking, problem solving,
leadership, communication.

This database allows us to see students progress in last 10 years. So we are able to set
individual goal for student as well as teachers grade level goal.
2. Student will be tested 3 times with MAP tests. This is the needs assessment. Teacher
will have training during professional development time. The test score will give us
how ready students are before school year starts and give us mid-year and end year
feedback. So teachers will be assisting each individual student accordingly.
