We would like to inform your good office that the electric post erected by your company at 95 Esperas Avenue (formerly Magallanes St.), Brgy. 51, Tacloban City is encroaching upon our property.
Please see attached sketch plan of the concerned property. Said electric post will be an obstruction to the
faade and garage of the proposed commercial building that we are planning to build. Article 694 of the
Civil Code of the Philippines as amended provides that Anything that hinders or impairs the use of
property is considered a nuisance and as such is illegal and punishable by law.
May we therefore request your good office that the electric post be relocated either at the left or
right side area of the property marked in the attached sketch,
