PRODUCT FEATURES
W-S5014 is a broad-spectrum microbicide for controlling the growth of algae, bacteria and fungi in water
circulating systems. At use levels, it is non-toxic and non-irritant to animals, birds and fish. W-S5014
possesses high surface activity. Its wetting property helps in dispersing particulate matter and preventing
sedimentation and consequent clogging. It is effective over a fairly wide pH range. W-S5014 effectively
controls algal growth on heat exchange surfaces and inside of piping, giving maximum heat exchange. It
is cost effective, providing savings in down time maintenance and manhours. Also, It is non-polluting,
easy to handle and environmentally safe.

PRODUCT APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

W-S5014 is very effective in removing infestations of biological growth, microbiological slime and other
deposits.
W-S5014 effectively controls slime growth on heat exchanger surfaces and inside of piping gives
maximum heat exchange. W-S5014 can be directly fed into systems preferably at different points of
active turbulence to ensure uniform distribution for effective action.

STABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY
W-S5014 is compatible with most materials used in water treatment applications. At normal use levels in
water treatment systems, W-S5014 is biologically and physically compatible with anionic, nonionic and
cationic surfactants, scale and corrosion inhibitors, chlorine and ammonia.
Also it is non-corrosive and thus, will not damage metals, wood, textile, plastic, rubber, cement, painted
surfaces etc.
