We were assigned to watch a video of our choice for the graduate class that | am taking, but I really wanted to watch something dealing with flipped classrooms. | thought that this video would be a perfect one because it was giving me and teaching me about a specific tool that could be used in a flipped classroom instead of just giving me ideas about why | should flip or ways that | could flip. | liked that it layed out how to do things and taught me information about what Blubbr.tv was. If | am already using the videos it allows for me to do spot checks, as well as informal and formal assessments on students understanding of the materials. Are there other ways this program will help you and your colleagues improve the learning environment in your institution? I think this could help us a lot as we have a number of teachers who want to start doing more flipped classroom activities in their classes and this would be a great place for them to start and then to develop in what they are doing. | also think it could help make life a little easier if teachers are gone for a day, it allows the students to still learn even when a substitute is present. What ideas or practices will you change or adopt as a result of watching this program? {will attempt to use Blubbr.tv in my classes, especially when we are going through some tougher material as to allow for supplimentation for what we are already doing. | also think that this could be used beneficially for when a substitute is in my classroom, but my students still need to learn material that day. Yes I would. | think all of the teachers in my building would benefit from this video as learning a new tool to help flip a classroom is important.
