Our Beneciaries
The beneciaries of our activities mainly are the local
public administrations of the 1st and 2nd level within the
Central Development Region.
The Central RDA grants their beneciaries support in wellbalanced and sustained development of all localities within
the Central Development Region. We are here to identify
opportunities and possibilities for realisation of priorities
in regional development, which have already been detected
and which include rehabilitation of physical infrastructure,
private sector development, assurance of environmental
protection and increase of tourist attractiveness.

About the RDA Centre

We are a non-commercial public institution having the
nancial independence, subordinated to the Ministry of
Regional Development and Construction and founded for
the purpose of effective implementation of the objectives
contained in the Regional Development Strategy and other
public policy documents for sustainable development of
the Regional Development Centre (RDC).
The Central RDA was constituted in 2009 and is the
executive body of the Regional Development Council
Centre.
We also contribute to identication and attraction of the
non-budgetary funds required for implementation of
sector strategies, programmes and projects for regional
development.
Our headquarters are located in Ialoveni Town and
are the residence of the Regional Development Centre
comprising 13 districts: Anenii Noi, Calarasi, Criuleni,
Dubasari, Hincesti, Ialoveni, Nisporeni, Orhei, Rezina,
Straseni, Soldanesti, Telenesti and Ungheni.

What Do We Do?

Drafting the Regional Development Strategy Centre,

Regional Operational Plan and Regional Sectoral
Programmes

Preparing analyses of socio-economic and sectoral

development of the RDC

Facilitating the process of elaboration of the local

development strategies

Monitoring and assessing implementation of

the regional development strategies, plans and
programmes

Granting informational, methodological and

consultative support for the Regional Development
Council Centre

Strengthening and mobilising ideas of regional projects

Assisting the local public authorities of the region

in preparation of the project offers, reference terms
and project concepts

Ensuring general implementation and management

of the programmes/projects included in the RDA
Centre programme

Attracting investments for nancing of the regional

development projects

Ensuring cooperation with active donators in the region

Strengthening capacities of the regional and local

actors in the investment attracting sphere

Promoting the Central Region through arrangement

of and participation in various events
