Issue/Symptoms:
Error message " QADFIN-3397 An error occurred w hen saving the transaction: -3" during 7.13.4 Invoice Post and Print .

Facts/Environment:
2014 EE
7.13.4 Invoice Post and Print

Root Cause:
Issue can be duplicated as per steps below in 2014 EE envrionment .
Go to progress editor and run below query (press F1 key):
for each debtor where debtor.debtorcode = "10c1001" :
update DebtorIsActive.
Meanwhile, create one testing pending invoice in 7.13.1 Pending Invoice Maintenance and post it in 7.13.4 Invoice Post and Print. Invoice can not be posted and
error message QADFIN-3397 displays.

Resolution/Fix:
Find the session w hich locks debtor record using query ( for each debtor w here debtor.debtorcode = "10c1001" exclusive-lock ) and it should display message like
" Debtor in use by ##,211 on qaddemo.qad.com #. Wait or press CTRL-C to stop. "
Kill it if needed then try to post invoice in 7.13.4 Invoice Post and Print.
