Family History
Her father, Mr. Robert Dimapilis, is a police officer who has his lineage coming
from Pangasinan. Her mother, Mrs. Loida Dimapilis who is presently a housewife
and an owner of a small-scale business and a former municipal councilor in
Mendez, has her roots originated from Cavite since then. KC is the oldest among
four children. She has three siblings; two brothers and a sister all residing at
Anuling, Mendez, Cavite.
Health and Development History
When she was in elementary, KC was admitted to a hospital and was also
confined at home due to chicken pox which caused her to have mild, eruptive
rashes on the face and body. During her fourth year in highschool, she had been
diagnosed with scoliosis an atypical lateral curve to the vertebral column. The
medical finding puts her into minimal restriction from some activities and
demands her to place a brace on her back for support. The client, however,
mentioned that she seldom wears her back braces after some months of regular
use because of the discomfort and constraint it causes her. Last year, she was
diagnosed with polycystic ovaries syndrome (PCOS)a condition in which a
womans level of the sex hormones - estrogen and progesterone - are out of
balance and was told to have further medications and check-ups.
Educational History
The client obtained her primary education at Rural Improvement Club Children
Center at Anuling, Mendez, Cavite then took her elementary schooling at St.
Augustine School. She was a consistent honor student since nursery up to
elementary and graduated as the Second in Exccellence awardee of their batch.
Afterwards, she took her high school education at the same institute and

engaged in numerous organizations such as the Student Council, Teatro San

Agustin, CALESA the official publication of their school and Liturgical Club as
well as she became a member of the clubs chorale group. KC graduated high
school as the Salutatorian and achieved several awards such as SAS Leadership
Award and Gerry Roxas Foundation Leadership Award. She is currently staying in
a dormitory in Sta. Mesa, Manila for her college education and she is now on her
third year taking up Bachelor of Science of Psychology at the Polytechnic
University if the Philippines - Mabini Campus. For the past four semesters, she
had been a consistent Presidents Lister.
Social History
She believed that she has a steady and secured relationship with her parents
though she thought that she is still having a hard time opening up everything to
them. KC considers her relationship with her siblings a difficult one but she is
confident of her love for them. Moreover, she has peers on the university and on
her former school but considers only a few people to be included in her inner
circle in which she can somehow unwrap and open up. She is a member of an
international organization namely CFC - Youth for Christ both in her hometown
and at her present university and, in some way, considers the people and
environment there as her home away from home. She enjoys the company of
her friends but revels in most of the time by herself.
Economic History
KCs whole family reaches the range of 50,000- 60,000 pesos as their monthly
income and supposed that they are a stabilized household.
