MY CHOSEN PROGRAM TO MY CURRENT EMPLOYMENT.
I-TITLE
How the chosen program/field of study is relevant to my current
employment?
II- INTRODUCTION
Public Administration is my chosen field of study. It is relevant to my
current employment as a Technical Staff on Capacity Building Training
Education of the Kalilintad Development Foundation Incorporated (KDFI), a
Non-Government Organization. It greatly helps me train Bangsamoro
community leaders and youth leaders on inclusive, collective, effective,
responsible and transparent leadership principle towards justice, peace and
development in the Bangsamoro Homeland. Leadership skill is a priority of
the Bangsamoro in leading people towards good governance.
Moreover, this post-graduate course is another level of acquiring
higher intellectual professionalism which is vital for individuals and leaders
having vision of change. Therefore, I do believe that a good leader is a
catalyst for change.
III-PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program is intended to help Bangsamoro people pursuing higher
intellectual professionalism by choosing their field of study that is relevant to
their current employment and that can help in the development of the
Bangsamoro Homeland.
IV-GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
1. To train Bangsamoro people on leadership skills;
2. To produce more community potential leaders and youth leaders; and
3. To implement good governance.
V- METHODOLOGY AND TIMELINE
This program can be realized after acquiring new knowledge and skills
from the higher institution of learning where the preferred field of study is
offered.
VI- SUPPORT NEEDED
I need scholarship grant from the Australian Agency for International
Development through its In-Country Scholarship Program (AusAID-ICSP).

DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES.

How the newly acquired knowledge and skills will be used to contribute
to the development in the Philippines?
II- INTRODUCTION
Public Administration is the course that talks about administering
people in a certain organization or community towards good governance. It is
imperative to stop graft and corrupt practices of some leaders, reduce
poverty and improve social, economic and political aspects in the Philippines.
It also helps to strengthen ethno-linguistic relationship and preserve various
cultures in the country in facing modern life.
III-PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program produces human resource development which is
contributive of the development in the Philippines. Knowledge and skills can
empower people to develop themselves and their community.
IV-GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
1.
To train leaders on leadership skills;

To train youth on capacity building and prepare them for future leaders
of the country; and
3.
To exercise dynamic relationship towards good governance.
