A Cultural Command
Situated amongst Londons most revered sites;
Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Houses of
Parliament, Buckingham Palace and St Jamess
Park, Queen Annes Gate lives and breathes the
capitals history and culture.
The Royal Academy, to the north of the park on
Piccadilly is famed for its annual Summer Exhibition
and championing of current British artists. The
National Gallery, featuring some of the worlds
most famous paintings is also located just north
of the park in Trafalgar Square. For something a
little more traditional visit Tate Britain on Millbank
overlooking the River Thames and housing
celebrated works by Turner, Henry Moore and
William Blake. Discover the life of another beloved
Brit, Winston Churchill, by a visit to the Cabinet
War Rooms, moments from the house on Clive
Steps, off Birdcage Walk, where the iconic Prime
Minister hunkered down directing the countrys
campaign during World War II.
