Level 1 Performed - pass

Jakarta Smart City sudah melewati level 0 yaitu incomplete karena sejauh ini visi
dan misi dari sebuah Unit Pengendali Teknis bernama JSC ini sudah berjalan
hampir 2 tahun. Dan kelengkapan dokumen untuk membangun JSC ini otomatis
sudah terpenuhi dengan bekerja sama oleh Gubernur DKI Jakarta dan jajaran nya
termasuk DInas-dinas terkait di Jakarta.
Jakarta Smart City has been through the level 0 (incomplete) because so far the vision and
mission of a Technical Controller Unit named JSC have been running for almost two years.
And documents to build automated JSC been fulfilled by working together by Governor of
Jakarta and its ranks include relevant agencies in Jakarta.

Level 2 Managed pass

Fase Plan : Performance Planning

JSC sudah mempunyai rencana_rencana ke depan untuk membuat jakarta menjadi jakarta smart city

JSC already have plans to make future plans jakarta jakarta become smart city

Fase Do : On Going Feedback & Informal Coaching

JSC sudah melakukan Rapat terjadwal dan dari feedback karyawan sudah di audit dan dijadikan
bahan evaluasi untuk kedepan nya.

JSC has done Meetings scheduled and feedback from employees already in the audit and
evaluation of materials used for its future.

Fase Check : Performance Appraisal & Development Planning

Dengan ada nya Evaluasi terjadwal semua divisi diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kinerja dan performa.

Karena bentuk output dari JSC ini adalah jasa. Jadi untuk mengeluarkan output yang bagus
harus memerlukan control, dan managed yang baik. Dan JSC sudah menerapkan hal
tersebut.

JSC sudah melakukan proses definition karena karyawan sudah benar benar
mengerti atas semua job desc yang harus mereka lakukan di masing-masing
divisi sebagai bagian dari pekerjaan mereka

-Level 3.2 Proses Deployment
JSC telah membuat proses penyebaran dengan pengiriman media online dan dapat diakses
oleh semua kalangan masyarakat, dalam proses penyebaran ini menciptakan mekanisme
monitoring dan aspirasi atau laporan dari masyarakat menjadi lebih mudah.

4.1 Process Measurement
JSC sudah melalukan proses measurement untuk DKI Jakarta.
Contoh:
1. JSC sudah melakukan survey tentang harga tananh yang bisa diukur per
meter dan mengklasifikasikan nya ke dalaam beberapa kelompok
2. JSC sudah mekakukan perhitungan terhadap kadar CO2 di udara
menyangkut dengan polusi dan kebersihan udara
JSC

1. JSC has been conducting a survey of land prices that can be measured per meter and

2. JSC already mekakukan calculation of the CO2 levels in the air concerns about pollution

Level 4.2 Control

jsc memang telah melakukan pengontrolan dengan baik di bagian internal
sebagai perusahaan yang berkecimpung sebagai jasa untuk memonitoring di jakarta
tetapi di bagian eksternal nya JSC kurang dapat memberikan pengontrolan
informasi tentang aspek yangmana saya benar-benar kepemilikan pemerintah atau swasta

for monitoring in Jakarta but in its external part JSC less able to provide information on the
control aspect of which is owned by the government or private

Level 5 not passed

Innovation
JSC belum melalui level 5 karena masih banyak inovasi-inovasi yang ain yang
belum diterapkan oleh JSC sendiri. Walaupun inovasi-inovasi JSC sekarang
sudah membantu Jakarta secara nyata tapi masih banyak aspek-aspek
lain yang membutuhkan inovasi baru untuk menuju ke Jakarta Smart

Governance, Smart People, Smart Living, Smart Mobility, Smart Economy, dan Smart
Environment.

JSC has not been through level 5 because there are many other innovations
that have not been implemented by the JSC itself. Although innovations
JSC now help Jakarta significantly but there are many other aspects that
require new innovations to be a Jakarta Smart Governance, Smart People,
Smart Living, Smart Mobility, Smart Economy, and Smart Environment.
