Teaching and Learning Activities :
1. Get pupils to talk about the symbols of Malaysia. Teacher shows the
pictures of the symbols.
2. Pupils the notes about the National Flag and The Coat of Arms of
Malaysia.

3. Pupils get into groups and draw a double bubble map . in it write two
things found in both and two things not in both.
4. Pupils write a passage about how Mian Jie celebrated National Day in
her school. Pupils do this in pairs.
5. Pupils write another passage about how they celebrated the Malaysia
Day. Pupils use the notes given to write the passages.
