ly produced seeds. They are regularly exported to other chilliheads around the w

ALEPPO (Halabe) C. annuum - The most famous and used pepper in the entire middl
e east. From the city of Aleppo where it has been cultivated for over a century.
It is very rare in North America. The pepper has very unique and complex flavor
profile that cannot be found in any other pepper. This is the Jalapeno of the M
iddle East. The plant is extremely productive way more than any other commercial

BHUT JOLOKIA ORANGE - C. chinense - Another color for the extremely hot Bhut Jo
lokia. This pepper is the most prolific out of all the Bhut Jolokias. The plant
keeps producing pods all summer long. Even though it is very prolific the plant
stays relatively small for a Bhut Jolokia which makes it perfect for growing in

BHUT JOLOKIA YELLOW
C. chinense
Bhut jolokia Yellow is a natural variant of the
red Bhut Jolokia but rates at 250,000 to 800,00 scovill units. Now be aware tha
t BJ as we fondly call this variety can score as love as 250,000 but are normall
y in the 500,000 mark. Only but a few reach over one million. 500,000 is the nor
m. The yellow BJs are very productive, hotter than fatallis and easier to care.
