for their art. Each one is special and particular.
An artist may produce some paintings to
describe his own life or to deliver messages to
show his own opinion about global issues, or to
change people's point of view on something. Art
fosters the human need for self-expression and
fulfillment.
There are some recent research on visual art on its psychological and
physiological effects. It has shown that visual art interventions have stabilizing effects
on the individual by reducing distress, increasing self-reflection and self-awareness,
altering behavior and thinking patterns, and physiological positive effects like:
normalizing heart rate and blood pressure.
Art also has utilitarian influences on society. There is a demonstrable, positive
correlation between school children's grades in math and literacy, and their
involvement with drama or music activities.It also spreads awareness in society and
unite in society. Art make us happy.For the painter, each piece of art he finishes
symbolizes success for him.Simple lines or touches of colors can have the ability to
deliver major messages. That shows that Simplicity has its own beauty. Talent and

EGYPT - " Art is another symmetrical
world to ours". In a piece of art, most of the
audience may only visualize the feelings and
emotions through out the colors, but they never pay
attention to the personality of the colors and the
lines. What does a personality of a piece of art
means? A personality of an art work is how the
painter or artist draw the lines or gives a certain
degree of a color to show his ideologies and his
situation to a certain conflict. In order to do so, the
artists can use any kind of art they want either its a
painting/drawing, graffiti, mosaic, or even sculpture
and many other kind of art.
Art has no limits. Art is just thinking of an original
creative way to express feelings and emotions. To create such
a thing, it is not hard it just takes a bit of creativity. The thing
is, anyone could be an artist if they really want to, because art
is all around us. If payed attention to the streets, people can
notice that an architecture of an old palace for example can
honestly be a piece of art. As well as, if taken a picture of a
neighborhood from a vertical angle (map), people can
imagine lines and colors in which it can give them the
impression of an art piece.
In Fonoon Jamila (applied arts college), students learn how to push their limits and pas
their creativity boundaries. For example, the students had to create statues made out of any
recycled object. The students made an excellent job at doing the assignment they were so
creative; one student made a dinosaur out of metro tickets, another student made a chicken
out of cut CDs.

was a Bolivia charter flight
Lamia, The flight was headed
from Santa Cruz to Medelln
airport. Unfortunately, The plane
crashed into a mountainside eight
miles

of

its

intended

destination.
Around 71 people were killed in the plane crash, almost all the Chapecoense team
members were on this plane, 21 journalists traveling with them. There were 6 survivors on
this plane, 3 of them were players of the team. Till now the cause of the crash remains
mysterious, however many people claim that the crash was due to the plane running out of
fuel.

shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. It was released
on November 4, 2016. A first-person shooter i a game where a person is playing the main
character of the game, and completing all the missions requested by his superior.
This game is a perfect game to play as it is for any gender and probably for any age old
and young. The minimum age set by Activision is 18 years due to vulgar and strong language,
drug reference, and intense violence. However, many children under 18 play this game, which
is something Activision and/or Infinity Ward should start reconsidering and start thinking
upon future changes.
In conclusion, we strongly advice everyone searching for an exciting and action game
to buy this game, as it is a game filled with exciting suspense, and it would never disappoint

CAIRO- EDM (Electronic Dance Music) is getting popular lately around the world,
and with it a lot of stars rising. One of the musicians that has proven himself in the top 100
artists chart is Martin Garrix.
Martin Garretson is 20 years old, born in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in 1996. As a kid
he liked music, in fact he took guitar lessons, mostly flamenco- like styled; he often played
covers, and the he got bored, so he started creating his own melodies and his own songs. "I'm
a very lazy person, my parents were like *Play that song you wrote* and I had to, like, grab
my guitar and play it. So, I found this software program which enabled me to put my guitar
melodies in the computer and play the mp3 file to others"; those are Martin Garrix's words.
Martin preferred to listen to Dutch pop because thats what his parents mostly listened to;
until 2004, when he was watching the Summer Olympics in Athens and he saw Tiesto, and
heard what he created; that day, Martin recalls saying " Wow, I want to do this too". And this
was the first tie Martin heard EDM, and it was the beginning of Martin Garrix.
Now Martin Garrix is one of the biggest hits in the world, and has had mind blowing
concerts the past two months; and there is news about a New Year's Eve Concert in Yangon,

CAIRO- The moment we've all been waiting for: Christmas is right around the corner! What
better way to get your spirits up by baking traditional Christmas gingerbread cookies in this jolly
season? Gingerbread cookies are a must when it comes to winter/Christmas season. Gingerbread
refers to a broad category of baked goods, typically flavored with ginger, cloves, nutmeg or
cinnamon and sweetened with honey, sugar or molasses. Gingerbread foods vary, ranging from a
soft, moist loaf cake to something close to a ginger biscuit. This recipe guides you to bake the
most delicious homemade gingerbread cookies!
Ingredients:

Preparation:

Melted butter, to grease

1)180C. Brush 2 baking trays with

125g butter, at room temperature

melted butter to lightly grease.

100g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar

2)Use an electric beater to beat the butter

125ml (1/2 cup) golden syrup

and sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy.

1 egg, separated

Add the golden syrup and egg yolk and

375g (2 1/2 cups) plain flour

beat until combined. Stir in the flour,

1 tablespoon ground ginger

ginger, mixed spice and bicarbonate of

1 teaspoon mixed spice

soda. Turn onto a lightly floured surface

1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Plain flour, to dust
150g (1 cup) pure icing sugar, sifted
8-10 drops red liquid food coloring
8-10 drops green liquid food coloring
Smarties, to decorate

and knead until smooth. Press dough into

a disc. Cover with plastic wrap and place
in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
3)Meanwhile, place egg white in a clean,
dry bowl. Use an electric beater to beat
until soft peaks form.


Gradually add icing sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Divide icing among 3 bowls. Cover 1
bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge. Add red coloring to 1 bowl and stir until
combined. Add green coloring to remaining bowl and stir until combined. Cover with plastic
wrap and place in the fridge.
4)Place the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll out until about 4mm thick. Use a
9cm gingerbread man cutter to cut out shapes. Place on trays about 3cm apart. Repeat with any
excess dough.
5) Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven. Transfer to a rack to cool.
6) Place prepared icings in small plastic bags. Cut a small hole in a corner of each bag. Pipe
icing over gingerbread men to decorate. Finish with Smarties.

Four Tbsp. flour
Two Tbsp. granulated sugar
Tsp. baking powder (a of a Tsp.)
1/16 Tsp. baking soda (a of a Tsp.)
Three Tbsp. milk
One Tbsp. vegetable oil
10 fresh blueberries
Preparation:
1. Mix everything listed in muffin ingredients except blueberries into a microwave safe mug
with a small whisk. Drop blueberries in, spreading them out.
2. Microwave for 1 minute or until firm in the center of the cake (timing is based on a
1200W microwave)
Banana Cinnamon cake
Ingredients:

Preparation:

- Two Tbsp. applesauce (or mashed banana)

1. Combine all ingredients in a mug

- One Tbsp. vegetable oil (any flavorless oil)

then whisk together with a fork until

1 tablespoon canola oil

1. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.

Ingredients:
12 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
14 teaspoon baking powder
13 cup cocoa powder
14 teaspoon salt
12 cup flour
Preparation:
1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) Mix oil and sugar until well blended.
3) Add eggs and vanilla; stir just until blended.
4) Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
5) Stir dry ingredients into the oil/sugar mixture.
6) Pour into greased 9 x 9 square pan.
7) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sides just start to pull away from the pan.
8) Cool completely before cutting.

and turkey bacon; the second was chicken breast wrapped in melted cheddar cheese and
bacon. If you're looking for a new experience and want to eat something new for a
change, go there and thank me later.

If you ever feel like eating real Italian pasta, O's Pasta is definitely the place to go.
Situated in a little corner in Zamalek in 26th July Street, O's Pasta serves a variety of
tasty and amazing dishes. The place is small and cozy, the food is tasty, all the

ingredients are fresh, and the chef cooks your food right in front of you. Take my advice
and go try the food, you won't regret it!
