compliance, wchavediscovered the following:

The document does not conformbecause the articles slate the Directors authorized the adoption,
but the corporation operates without directors, so changesneed to be made to Article II.
Attached is the Dissolution form our office providesto show you the language that is needed.

You need to obtain a certificate from the Montana Department of Revenue stating ail taxes

imposed pursuant to Title 15 have beenpaid. An application and instruction sheet is enclosed,
which needs to be mailed (or faxed) to DOR, or you can request online. If you have questions you

maycontact them at 406.444.6900, Ynu will need to hold all your documents until you obtain
the tax certificate from (he Department of Revenue. Onceyou have received the certificate
you can then resubmit yourdocuments along with the certificate to our office for processing.

Wehavereceived $15.00 to complete thisdocument. To resubmit thisfiling there isan additional

required fee of $7.50 to process. Please remit a total of $7.50 along with (he required
documents and this letter, or $27.50 if you wish for Priority handling again, as stated below.

PleaseNote: Your application was handled on a priority/expedited basisand thereforethe $20

priority fee or $100expedite fee has been used. When returning yourcorrected document, you

must stipulate whether youwant thedocument handled again ona priority/expedited manner and
