ABSTRAK

Mobilisasi merupakan kemampuan menggerakkaan anggota tubuh secara bebas dan normal
sebagai hasil dari energi dan sebagai kebutuhan manusia. Mobilisasi dini pasca bedah
bermanfaat untuk mencegah kekakuan sendi, mencegah atropi otot, mempercepa
t
penyembuhan luka, menurunkan nyeri, mencegah kelemahan otot, mempercepat platus,
menghindar terjadinya dekubitus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi
persepsi dan perilaku pasien pasca bedah abdomen tentang mobilisasi dini. Penelitian ini
dilaksanakan di RSUD Dr. Pingadi Medan pada bulan Juli 2015. Desain penelitian ini
menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan metode deksriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah pasien pascabedah abdomen di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan. Teknik pengambilan
sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 40 orang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa univariat yang dilakukan secara deksriptif dengan melihat
persentase sebaran data yang telah terkumpul dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi
frekuensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa persepsi pasien pasca bedah
abdomen tentang mobilisasi dini sebanyak 39 responden (97,5%) berkategori positif, dan
hasil penelitian tindakan dalam melakukan mobilisasi dini sebanyak 38 responden (95,0%)
berkategori baik. Diharapkan RSUD Dr. Pingadi Medan memberikan edukasi dan motivasi
pasien untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini pasca bedah.

ABSTRAK

Mobilization is the ability to move freely limbs and normal as a result of energy and as a
human need. Early postoperative mobilization is useful to prevent joint stiffness, prevent
muscle atrophy, accelerate wound healing, reduce pain, prevent muscle weakness, accelerate
platus, avoid the occurrence of pressure sores. The purpose of this study was to identify the
perceptions and behaviors of patients after abdominal surgery on early mobilization. This
study was conducted at Hospital Dr. Pingadi Medan in July 2015. The design of this study
design quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study are patients with
postoperative abdominal Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan. The sampling technique used was
accidental sampling with a total of 40 people. This study using univariate analysis that is
done by looking at the percentage distribution of descriptive data that has been collected and
presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Based on the research results obtained
that the perception of postoperative abdominal about early mobilization as much as 39
respondents (97.5%) positive category, and the results of research actions in conducting early
mobilization were 38 respondents (95.0%) categorized either. Expected Hospital Dr. Pingadi
Medan provide education and motivation of patients to early mobilization postoperatively.
