Female, Age: 52, nationality: Khmer, currently residing Krom 8, Mondule 1, Sangkat 3,
Khan Mittapheap, Sihanouk Ville.
The price of land is .US$ per square meter, total: 20,000 US$ (Twenty
thousand).
I agree to do the upfront in amount of 15,500 US$ (Fifteen thousand and five hundred), and
pay the remaining amount upon the delivery of the land title document.
I promise that I agree to sell the land to the buyer, and will not change my mind, but if I change
my mind not to sell it, I will be fined by paying back 1 x 3. For the buyer, if he/ she changes his
mind not to buy it, the upfront will not be returned.
I, as the owner of this land, will be held responsible before the law if the third party files a
complaint about claiming this land.
