General Guidelines/Technical Parameters enclosed as ANNEXURE II below :
Other terms and conditions are as under:1) The firm must have at least 10 years exposure in the same field of business AND HAVE AN
ESTABLISHED OFFICE EITHER AT PATNA OR MUZAFFARPUR.
2) The firm must have valid sales tax number.
3) PF registration
4) ESI registration
5) Must have filed income tax return for last three years.
6) Must have necessary ISI certificate in case of manufacturer and the valid dealership certificate
in case of Authorized dealer/supplier of ISI Fire Extinguishers.
7) The firm must be having 02 running contracts with PSU Preferably Banks (In the state where
ZO is located.)
8) The firm must have a minimum turn over of Rs. 10 lakhs per year for the last 03 years.

Note :- The relative documentary proof in respect of above conditions/requirements

should be enclosed with tender without which the tender will be summarily rejected.
Please note that only the rates for supplying /installation and refilling will be considered
for deciding the L-1. The rates for spares shall be negotiated with the above L-1 on the
basis of rates quoted in all the bids.
Bank reserves the right to cancel one or all tenders without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
