CIRCULAR

All India Management Association (AIMA) is organizing the 39th National

Competition for Young Managers (NCYM-2013) on the theme Inspired
Leadership for Turbulent Times and the Power of Youth.
The details of the Competition are given below:

Criteria/ Deadlines
Executives within 35 years of age as on
Jan 1, 2013
3 members in each team
Report consisting of 2000-2500 words,
preferably based on innovative ideas
backed by research and analysis of data,
to be submitted to AIMA (one copy) and
six copies to the Regional Centre, Kolkata.

Participation is invited from eligible executives of Rourkela Steel Plant in the

NCYM-2013 in teams of three each. Interested executives may submit their
applications as per the format given overleaf so as to reach the undersigned on
or before 30th May, 2013.
Teams would be required to make a 10 minute presentation at HRD Centre,
before a panel of judges on the identified theme, for which the teams would be
intimated separately.
The selected team shall represent RSP in the Eastern Regional Round to be held
at Kolkata during July 19-20, 2013.
