I strongly believe education is an inherent characteristic
found in human beings, which allows for a positive change to
themselves, community, and the entire world at large.

My role as an educator is to impart valuable knowledge to
our young and future scholars alongside with putting forth the
effort of being constructive paragon to the society.

II.

ii. Whom am I going to teach?

A.
Specifically, how will you reach the wide diversity of children
that you will have in your classroom?
1.
I value each person as a special individual not as
stereotypical stranger. I will give equal opportunity to each
student regardless of their status by getting to know them as my
students.

B.

How do you define your community of learners?

1.
My community of learners will be defined as a group of
people who might not share the same beliefs as one another but
will respect and honor each others values and principles.

III.

How and what are you going to teach?

A.

What are your beliefs about how children learn?

1.
There are multiple ways and theories of how children learn
and understand. I believe a competent teacher knows best what
method to implement according to the situation, the class
environment and level at which the children are at. Above all my
utmost priority will be to instill respect for another regardless of
background and to remove the plague of ignorance that has
occurred in the past few month in America. This can be taught
none other than me as a teacher displaying it before the young
scholars. As Confucius said, I hear and I forget, I see and I
remember, I do and I understand.

B.

How will these beliefs impact your teachings?

1.

Classroom management.
a. I as a teacher will create an environment of learning by
keeping the young scholars always active and participating in
class. This is no easy task but I believe that anything put into
action with great effort can be accomplished along with
incentives and reward for the students.

3.
How do you balance the needs of individual learners with
the needs of the entire class?
a. A tough and daunting situation that teachers go through but I
see it as an opportunity to respond to the challenge of being
a competent teacher. I strongly belief and my mentors had
made sure this is instilled in my understanding that every
student can learn, just some at other pace than others. I as a
teacher demand student seek for assistance when needed,
and I as a teacher must be accessible in answering the call.
This can easily be done by giving time after school to assist
one and all.

4.

What are your goals for my students?

a. My goals as a teacher and mentor for my student are to know
as it says in the Quran those who know and do not know
cannot be equal. Meaning we cannot act like those are

ignorant in their actions, beliefs, value, and respect for one

another. Furthermore, to be competent and proficient in the
material being taught.

IV.

Where are you going to teach?

A.

How will you bring global awareness into your classroom?

1.
I believe it is very important to know what is going around
your surrounding and even more imperative as future scholars to
be involve at in awareness at the very least. This can come about
if they believe they can bring a change in the world. I as their
teacher will ensure they believe and know they can!

B.
What will be your relationship with the community, parents,
teaching colleagues, and administration?
1.
Connection with people is a very strong, significant, and
fundamental necessity that it cannot be a dispensable act. The
stronger a connection and relationship are with people the more
the wholesome the outcome success will be. My relationship as a
teacher will be filled with virtuous conduct, accessible to those in
need, and open and courteous to others opinion and suggestion
for improvement our childrens education and future.
