Workplace diversity exists when companies hire employees from various geographical
location, backgrounds and experiences. Communication barriers lead to problems in a
company attempting to create a diverse workplace. This can lead to misunderstandings
and a decrease in productivity. Once workplace diversity is implemented, companies
must effectively manage the changes in policies. This presents a challenge for Pak
Suzuki. . Nowadays, employees demand empowerment and expect quality of status
with the management. We offer training programs to managers to help them effectively
manage their newly diverse departments.Encourage employees to express their ideas
and opinions and attribute a sense of equal value to all.
Work life conflict causes and solution
Increase in working hours increases the workload, which negatively affects the job
satisfaction of the employees. An employee faces different family problems along with
their job responsibilities. The child care or elderly care responsibilities some time
interfere in the job and create a situation of family to work interference.The types of
support offered, and the level of organizational commitment to work-lifestyle issues,
varies widely across companies. This part of the report examines the prevalence of
four organizational initiatives or practices that the research literature suggests may
help employees balance work and family demands:

Employee turnover can affect the company bottom line and overall productivity and
makes maintaining company growth a challenge. Turnover is caused from Political
behavior in area of work. We reduce turnover rate through equity theory that suggest
INDIVIDUAL INPUT EQUAL TO INDIVIDUAL OUTCOMES, Increase OCB,
Increase POS that can lead to more committed with them.
Negative Attitude about work causes and Solution
Our Employees have negative attitude at different level due to basis of different needs
every one have separate issues form other to a attitude but still they continue their job
and this lead to against their attitude we are trying to shift them from negative to
positive through salary, benefits , resolve conflicts in work life.
Low Organizational Commitment causes and solution
Recently we face some issues about commitment in previous years many of employees
left their job for better opportunity because they are not committed with us. This can
lead to high turnover and decrease productivity we are trying them more committed
through POS , corporate social responsibility.

Job Dissatisfaction causes and solution


it also challenge for us because when people are not committed and negative attitude
Its means they extremely dissatisfied from their job. That is major issues in our
company and the problem ofcommitment and attitude occur when organization not do
justice to their all workers thats called inequity in above discussion we discuss
turnover that increase through dissatisfaction. We suggested that org. make policies
same for all because pak suzuki is leading company in automobile so they their
policies is favourable for automobile employees not for motorcyles employees.
The only Job Dissatisfaction create many issue if we maintain the satisfaction level of
employees that can be lead to higher performance. Some impact that company face
due to dissatisfaction:1. Not try to satisfied the customer
2. Absenteeism
3. Work place deviance
Although paying employees poorly will likely not attract high-quality employees to the
organization or keep high performers, managers should realize that high pay alone is
unlikely to create a satisfying work environment.

In 2012 we introduced help line that facilitate to customer when we face the problem
of emotion and mood of employees because in can be lead to the customer satisfaction
or dissatisfaction so we arranged seminar that relate to employees moods when they
talk with customers.

Group Cohesiveness low Causes and solution


Due to different geographical location and across cultural people within nation this
problem is occurred. So Pak Suzukis employees has low cohesiveness this lead to
moderate productivity. So we suggested organization must remove their geographical
differences through seminars.
