Regarding Land Transfer for Aloe Vera Nursery thereof.

Sir,
Kindly refer to above cited subject, in this regard it is submitted that as
per your directions a meeting was convened by the Project Staff with Aloe Vera
Plantation Nursery Group, Land Owners, and other Group members on dated
30/06/2015. In the meeting it was unanimously decided by the land owners that till
the completion of Project they have no objection if the group continues with Aloe
Vera Plantation and its sale and they will not claim any financial benefits from the
Group till the Project period, however they refused to allow any construction /
installation of machinery on their land (copy of the proceedings / resolution
attached ) .
Further to sort out the issue another meeting was rescheduled for
13/7/2015 with the Aloe Vera Plantation Nursery Group and PDC Pradhan and
Members of PDC . It was proposed by the Group members that if the Panchayat
gives part of barren Land in Khasra No. 676, they can continue with the Aloe Vera
Plantation and its sale along with the installation of processing unit. This matter was
discussed in detail with PDC consented to give NOC, subject to fulfillment of all
codal formalities by the Project Authorities (copy of resolution attached, along with
NOC of The PDC Pradhan )
Keeping in view the facts stated above, Sir you are requested to take
up this matter with competent authorities for the transfer of Land in the name of
Aloe Vera Plantation Nursery Group- at the earliest please (enclosed all revenue
records in original)
