Tasks
1.Verification of liability account opening documents on a daily basis within TAT.
2.Adhere to the latest & updated banking KYC guidelines circulated by product / audit at regular intervals for verification of
liability account opening documents
3.Ensure that Critical and Non-Critical audit errors are not made and quality output is given.
4.Attach checklist with the form, check the form and documents for KYC & AML compliance.
5.Affixing cello tape on the photographs on AOF, wherever provided so that the photos on the forms are not pilfered.
6.Check & compare with documents for critical information like Original seen & verified, Self attestation by customer,
Photograph affixed in AOF, AOF signed by all applicants, validity of ID & address proof, Nomination etc, while scrutinizing
AOF & ensure all supporting documents are in place.
7.To cancel blank areas in AOF (signature place without customer signature) but ensure that such cancellation done doesn't
override the details / certifications mentioned in AOF.
8.Post document verification, affixing sign and stamp on AOF which is an evidence of having the form being checked,
9.Raise queries on those forms that are non-compliant by filling a hold checklist and attaching the checklist to the AOF
10.Pan Verification with IT Site and affixing PAN VERIFIED stamp and signature to be done on the pan copies provided
with AOF.
11.Verification of customer instructions as per the laid down guidelines & raising correct queries on exception.
12.Escalate to Unit Head in case of any suspicious / fudged documents received with the AOF.
13.Adhering to security policy of the Bank on passwords,
14.Suggest process improvements for better management of operations.

Requirements
Knowledge of multiple areas of banking will be a plus
Basic understanding of Operations Risk & excelling in turnaround times
Keen interest in working as per laid down process and handling volumes
Good interpersonal skills (should be capable of handling client interactions.)
Should be willing to work across multiple business / operations areas.
