Several years of wide experience in Electrical and Automation (Maintenance and
Projects) in various manufacturing industries. Looking forward to work with an
esteemed organization irrespective of cadre, which gives career growth, enhance
professional experience and company growth towards incorporating emerging

ELECTRICAL

Design, Developing and Renovation of motor starters for various

applications and integrating them to PLC. Examine the application and
opt desired starter which are economical as well as reliable.
Troubleshooting and Servicing of DOL, RDOL, Star Delta, Soft Starters
and Auto Transformer Starters ranging from 0.75Kw to 6.5Mw.

Overhauling of AC&DC motors by incorporating standard maintenance

producers, fixing the problems associated with the machine and
drawing out root cause for the issues and preventing them from
reoccurrence. Planning maintenance schedules for motors, monitoring
its conditions for abnormality and performing concerned services.
Conducting Planned Maintenance for transformers by initiating
Condition Based Monitoring periodically. Regularly monitoring
transformer parameters and analysis its healthiness there by taking
measures in preventing interruption of its service. Performing tests for
various applications of transformers
i.e., Power Transformer,
Distribution Transformer, Rectified Transformer equipped with dry
type, oil type, water type and natural air cooling ranging from
1250Kva to 43.5Mva.
Duly programming drives by application and adapting them to the
process system. Analyzing applications requiring various speed control
techniques involving constant torque, variable torque, vector and
positioning modes and programming drives to fit the application
unchanging process requirements. Embed drives in PLC network for
easy of control and data acquisition. Programming AC&DC drives of
wide range of applications from 0.37kw to 450kw drives of Siemens,
ABB, Schneider, Danfoss, Thoshiba, Yaskawa,Allen Bradley and
Mitsubishi.
Timely monitoring parameters of the generator and performing
necessary steps to prevent service interruptions. Taking up preventive,
predictive and condition based maintenance as and when required for
generator and its auxiliaries. Annually conducting performance and
condition tests to expect its duration for overhaul.
Scheduled
inspection and maintenance of emergency auxiliary system of
generator to avoid breakdown of generator under blackout condition.
Maintenance of generators ranging from 3Mw to 30Mw with brush type
and brushless excitation systems.
Continuously relaying maintenance activities in Boiler house and
balance of plant to avoid breakdown of supply to turbine. Performing
synchronization between alternators and grid. Maintaining, monitoring
and logging generator parameters for healthy and uninterruptive
performance. Carrying maintenance activities for a series of boilers

i.e., Coal fired(AFBC,CFBC), Alcoholic fired, Gas fired and Waste heat
recovery boilers
Carry out planned maintenance for substation yard ranging from 11Kv
to 132Kv. Performing condition based tests for all related equipments to
ensure its healthiness. Inspecting and carrying out maintenance of
circuit breakers for replacing of worn-out contacts, lubricating moving
mechanical parts where ever necessary and ensuring on/off and
tripping operations. Execute various tests on CTs, PTs and Insulators
for ensuring its service till further maintenance. Inspecting isolators
and earth switches for its definite operation.
Undertaking preferred tests on protective relay equipments for its
definite tripping. Implementing and reforming protection schemes as
per requirement.
Periodically calibrating process instruments for accurate functioning.
Planning maintenance schedules for all instruments, there by
consolidating it and comparing timely for any functional deviations in
it. Commissioning, troubleshooting of instruments i.e., Pressure

troubleshooting for an array of DG sets from 125Kva to 2Mw.

Monorail, Crab & EOTs ranging from 2Ton to 100Ton with single drive
and multi drive systems.
Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of AC-DC converters
for various application such as Batter chargers, UPS, Automatic Voltage
Regulators.
Study of various mechanical loads and there by incorporating suitable
methods, newer technologies to reducing power consumption.

management of vendors database. Interact regularly with vendors to
ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
ABC classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality,
timely delivery. Evaluating vendors and negotiating the price, delivery

Study of vibration in electrical rotating equipments and taking

preventive measures for the same
Testing transformer oil once in a year for electrical insulating
strength analysis and testing built in protection system as
well for safe functioning of the device.
