Mr. Narendra Damodardas Modi is sworn in as the 15th Prime Minister

of Republic of India by his Excellency, the President of India, on 26
May 2014 at 6-13 pm at the lawns of Rashtrapathi bhavan.
As per KP Ayanamsa of 23 deg. 57 min. 45 sec. programmed in
Jagannadha Hora software, the lagna at 6-13 p.m. on 26 May 2014
was at 29 deg. 44 min. in Libra (ruled by Venus) in Visakha star ruled
by Jupiter. The sub was in Moon.
It shall be an ardent task to complete all the activities of a
Government in an article. But an effort is being made to portray
some of the point that requires attention of readers and astrostudents.

The chart indicates Libra Ascending sign (Tula lagna) and that the
aspect of Jupiter on the lagna indicates that the muhurta is fixed by a
traditional friend with a view that guru bala or strength of Jupiter is
taken into consideration. But personally speaking I do not prefer
Libra lagna. Had I been the astrologer who is asked to fix a
muhurta, I would have preferred to fix Asc. (lagna) in Sagittarius.

Of course, the government elected is for a period of 05 years and

thus by May 2019, the government shall end its term and seek fresh
elections. Hence the period is only upto 2019. Some Astrologers use
compressed or truncated VMD, but this has not got widespread
approval from the astro-fraternity.
The position of Saturn (04, 05) and Rahu (02) in lagna (01) and
aspected by Jupiter indicate the function of the government shall
carry some secrets and the intention of the Government to function
in a confidential manner.
When the 10th lord Moon is in 07th house and that dasha lord is
Venus, the governmental functions should be business-type. Venus
and Moon are in 07th house.
Since Ketu signifies lagna, the outlook of the government shall be
charity-oriented.

But Rahu denotes Venus (01, 08-corruption), Saturn (silent), Mars

(02, demanding) and Jupiter (money, 3). These combinations
indicate there shall be continuity of corruption and manipulation of
documents, etc. in the Government.
Mars is in 12th house. It indicates speedy actions, hard-work
restlessness, hidden enemies, etc.
Hence the action plan of
government shall be at faster track. The people at the helm of
affairs would undertake hard and long working houses. They shall be
found to be restless at their work. Government shall function in its
own way and wishes to overhaul many traditional working aspects.
Lagna lord Venus is in a moveable sign (Aries), which indicates lots of
dynamism on the part of Government. This ensures speedy work,
quick action and reaction, reaching out to opposite parties, good
response, Love and affection towards work, aesthetic work, etc.
Mars is in the star of Moon. Moon is lord of 10th house. Hence there
is a link of 10 / 08 for the chart. Also the fact is that Sun, who
denotes Government, is in 08th house. Hence it is felt that there shall
be rebellion against the administration from the subordinates as well
as from the people.
The position of Sun in oath taking chart should be strong as the
Government is denoted by Sun. Here, Sun is posited in 08th house
and is in the star of Moon. Government shall sweat it out to control
hidden enemies and rebellion from the subordinates. There will also
be humiliation at the hands of colleagues and sub ordinates for the
Prime Minister. Also, the fact is that Jupiter should be strong, who
denotes wisdom, expansion, administration, finance, etc. In this
chart, Jupiter is in own star and is in 09th house. It should be
concluded that Jupiter is stronger.
Since dasha lord is Venus and it is in 07th house, the Government
shall reach out to all opposing sides and partners with love.

EDUCATIONAL SECTOR
Jupiter is in 09th house and it is in own star, so is Mercury, but it is in
the star of Mars. This indicates that there shall be lot of thoughts be
put into educational sectors and the sector shall have quick and
expansive developments with the maintaining of the traditional
wisdom. The branch of engineering, computers, IT, etc. shall have
boost in educational aspects.
From June 2014 to Dec 2014, the VMD is of Venus-Venus-Jupiter.
During this period there shall be more expansion and surges with
regard to labour, employment, communications, relationship with
neighbour, higher education, foreign and diplomatic relations. We
could see Government reaching out to in these aspects. However,
since Saturn occupies the star of Jupiter, the requisite result as
wanted by the Government may not be fulfilled with its speed.
Venus dasha-Venus bhukti period
Upto Feb 2016 there shall be Venus dasha-Venus bhukti period shall
operate. During this period there shall be rise in the cases of
atrocities on women. The price of gold should be at lower level.
Venus dasha-Sun bhukti period

Upto Feb 2017 Venus dasha, Sun Bhukti shall operate. During this
period there shall be more of governmental intervention on many
issues and the Government may suffer humiliation on account of
their decisions and actions. There shall be internal disputes within the
Government.
Venus dasha-Moon bhukti period
Upto October 2018 Venus dasha, Moon Bhukti shall operate. During
this period there shall be more atrocities on women. There shall be
rise in the medical cases of illness related to kidneys, etc.

From October 2018 until the end of the Government, there shall be
more of rushing on the part of Government with reference to
reforms and developments.
Growth of economy
For the growth of economy, one should consider houses 02, 06, 10
and 11 along with Jupiter.
02nd lord Mars is in 12th house. Nodes along with signify Mars. Venus
is in the star of Ketu. Jupiter, Saturn and Nodes denote 06th house.
Venus is in star of Ketu. Moon and Mars along with Nodes denote
10th house. Sun is in the star of Moon. Sun alone signify 11th house.
Since Saturn (04) is in lagna and that it is in star of Jupiter (06),
during Venus-Venus-Jupiter period should see Government reaching
out to public as well as States. But Jupiter can cause some animosity
from these aspects.
War
Venus and Moon are in 07th house in Aries, while its lord Mars is in
12th house. Dasha is that of Venus. It is not seen that the
Government wages war with its neighbours (03).
Share market
Saturn (05), who is in star of Jupiter, is conjunct with Rahu
(gambler), while Rahu denotes Mars (02). Venus is in mutual aspect
with Saturn. Jupiter is aspecting Saturn. Although Jupiter is
favourable for surging, Saturn shall make the market slow and
steady.

Longevity of the Government

The position of Mars and Sun are not really good for longevity of the
Government. But Moon looks alright. It is in the star of Venus and
the maha dasha is that of Venus only. Hence it is felt that there is no
threat to Government and it shall complete its term.

UNEXPECTED SURGERY - KP APPRAISAL

Recently , one of my friends have been suddenly admitted in the
hospital for lower back pain , and as usual , he had consulted
neurologist , but his pain could not be controlled . Then again spine
specialist is consulted. After going through series of pathological tests
, he have been advised to undergo surgery to get relief from
severe pain . Accordingly, he has been admitted in the hospital on
27-01-2014. Then, I have casted horary chart and analyzed the chart
regarding his nature of health problem as per K.P.system, as
mentioned below .
In fact, as per K.P.system , the 6th cusp indicates disease and is
known as house of sickness and the real state of sickness . The
significators
are in the K.P. System related to disease are as
mentioned.
1- The 6th cusp indicates disease, 8th cusp is danger or accident
or seriousness and 12th cusp indicates hospitalization or
treatment.
2- The 6th cusp reveal about the disease and the sub-lord of 6th
cusp is also connected to Asc. The nature of the disease can
known from the sub-lord of 6th cusp and is the final and
deciding factor the disease.

3- The fatal disease is shown by the 8th cusp and planets are
said to be malefic for health portion of life only , when they
have some connections with the cusps of 6th ( disease ) ,8th (
defect ) and 12th cusp ( hospitalization ) . So whenever , the
sub-lord of 6th cusp is connected to 6-8-12 , show , the
nature of the disease and affecting portion of the body.
4- The tendency for disease is depends on both the Dasa Lord ,
Bhukti Lord , and Antara Lord period . Planets connected with
the 6th cusp and Ascedent will produce disease in their
conjoined periods .
5- If the sub-lord of the 6th cusp is 12th cusp and becomes a
strong significator of 6th cusp and Ascendant , then the native
will definitely suffer from an incurable ailments.
6- If the sub-lord of 6th cusp is in the constellation , the lord of
which is connected in any manner with Saturn , then the
disease is a chronic one . If the sub-lord is connected in any
manner with Mars , the disease is an acute one . If the sublord is connected with Mercury , it denotes complications .
Nature of DiseaseThe nature of disease is indicated by the significators of 6th cusp and
the sub lord of the 6th cusp. The movable / Fixed / Dual signs
indicate, time and duration of the disease and Fiery / Earthy / Airy /
Watery signs indicate the intensity of the disease and its behavior .

Interpretation1-The ASC cusp is strongly signifying 2nd cusp indicating bones and
flesh , 3rd cusp for bodily growth . Saturn being an occupant in the
Asc cusp , is in Jupiter star , who is in the sub-sub of Venus who , is
in own constellation indicating luster of body .

2- The 6th cusp is in Saturn star , is in Jupiter constellation , is in the

sub-sub of Venus star, is in its own constellation placed in Sagittarius,
indicating bones of Hips , Thighs affecting hips thighs .
The 6th cusp is very strongly signifying Asc cusp, 4th cusp, 5th cusp .
The ASC cusp is indicating brain, 4th cusp for blood, 5th cusp upper
abdomen.
The Ketu being a planet in the constellation of an occupant of 6th
cusp , is in own constellation , is in the sub-sub of Moon , is in
constellation Mercury known for nervous system especially spinal
system , placed in Aquarius affecting sprain in ankles , limbs .
3- The sudden nature of the ailment can be accessed from the 8th
cusp , who is in the constellation of Sun, is in the star of Moon , is in
the sub-sub of Rahu placed in Libra indicating bones of Lumber
region , rheumatic pains .
The Venus being a planet in the constellation of bhava lord, is in its
own constellation, is in the sub-sub of Jupiter, is in the star of Rahu,
placed in Libra , as explained above .
4- As far as cure is concerned, the 11th cusp is in the star of Ketu
in its own constellation , is in the sub-sub of Moon , is in Mercury
constellation , placed in Aquarius , as explained above .
5- The 12th cusp is very strongly signifying ASC cusp , and 8th cusp ,
as explained above .The Jupiter , Rahu , Mercury , Mars are planets
in the constellation of an occupants of 12th cusp .
Accordingly, Jupiter is in the star of Rahu is in the sub-sub of Moon is
in Mercury. Rahu is in own constellation is in the sub-sub of Moon, is

of 12th cusp , are strongly signifying to ASC cusp and 8th cusp
indicating sudden nature of surgery with hospitalization .
6-The Dasa lord Mercury is very strongly signifying 4th
indicating blood , and 7th cusp groins , ligaments .

7-The Bhukti lord Venus is also very strongly signifying Asc , and
8th cusp and are also being aspected by Mars , an occupant of
12th cusp with its 4th aspect on Venus , who is in the sub of 8th
cusp , indicating unexpected surgery and hospitalization .
Hence, I have come to a conclusion that, the problem is in lumber
area of the spine.
The native have been admitted in the hospital on 27-01-2014 and
discharged from the hospital on 03-02- 2014 . The surgery have been
performed on 28-01-2014, Tuesday .
Later on, I have been informed, that the doctors have diagnosed as
Bulging of L-4 and L-5 disc . A bulging disc occurs when the outer
walls of the intervertebral disc become weak, and the interior
gelatinous substance pushes the wall out past its normal perimeter.
It is possible to have a bulging disc without knowing it if it does not
press on any of the nearby structures in the spine. However, if the
bulge does put pressure on the nerves or surrounding tissues
symptoms can occur. The majority of bulging discs occur in the
lumbar spine, at levels L4-L5 and L5-S1. A bulge in the lumbar spine
can affect the sciatic nerve, creating a condition called sciatica.
In fact, Lumber spine herniations occur in the lower back, most often
between the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebral bodies or between the
fifth and the sacrum. Symptoms can affect the lower back, buttocks,
thigh / genital (via the Perinial nerve, and may radiate into the foot
and/or toe. The sciatica nerve is the most commonly affected nerve,
causing symptoms of sciatica. The femoral nerve can also be
affected and cause the patient to experience a numb, tingling feeling

throughout one or both legs and even feet or even a burning feeling
in the hips and legs.

The above analysis between KKR and KXIP has been judged on
the basis of the following Golden Rules of KP Astrology, mainly KP
Stellar Theory of Starlord versus Sublord.

If Starlord is benefic and Sublord is also benefic, then the

therefore we come to the final conclusion which made KKR won the
match by a narrow margin only through a contesting match.
3) Accuracy of the prediction

Here in the chart, 3rd cusp sub lord is Venus is in the star of Ketu and
sub of Saturn. The star lord and sub lord of 7th cusp is Saturn and
Ketu respectively, thus 3rd cusp sub lord Venus is also connected to
7th cusp.
My Opinion: Kolkata Knight Riders will win the IPL T20 Final Match2014 with tough fight.

Paddhathi(KP System):
1.First of all the Birth Time given is corrected as per the principles of
KP as 05:34 AM instead of 05:30 AM.
2.The Dasas that were in operation since 2007 are that of
KETU,VENUS.
3.KETU is in sign of Venus with planet Mars.Hence Ketu denotes
Mars,Venus.Ketu is in star of Rahu.Ketu signifies 6,7,11(Venus),
1,5,12(Mars,Rahu).Ketu is in Sub of Saturn posited in 12 th house in

FUNDAMENTALS OF ASTROLOGY
SIDEREAL AND TROPICAL ASTROLOGY
Sidereal (Nirayana) and tropical (Sayana) are the terms for two
systems of ecliptic coordinates used in astrology.
Both divide the ecliptic into a number of "signs" named after
constellations, but while the Nirayana system defines the signs based on
the fixed stars, the Sayana system defines it based on the position of
vernal equinox (i.e. the intersection of the ecliptic with the celestial
equator).
Because of the precession of the equinoxes, the two systems do not
remain fixed relative to each other but drift apart by about 1.4 arc
degrees per century.
Sayana astrology is based on the orientation of the Earth relative to the
Sun and planets of the solar system.
Sidereal astrology is used with the position of the Earth relative to both
of these as well as the stars of the celestial sphere.
The dates of Sun passing through the 12 signs are listed below. The
dates will increment by one day every 70 years. The Nirayana and
Sayana dates of Sun reaching each sign are given below:
