Our Story
Well Engineering & Technology also known as WellTech provides business
development services to service companies in the upstream international O&G
Industry.
WellTechs office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was established in August 2000. A few
years later we opened a laboratory to back up our recommendations.
We stock our products in our main warehouse in Singapore for regional distribution.
With representatives established in key locations in the Asia Pacific region, WellTech
provide Principals with the business development and marketing support required
for establishing contracts and operations in the region.
WellTechs business development strategy is to build an exclusive group of services
from Principal companies in the upstream sector. Our goal is to offer operating
companies chemical based innovative solutions, technology, and value.

Southeast Asia for the benefit of our clients.

WellTech represents companies and is also a standalone operating company in Malaysia. Currently
our main principals are:

OCA provides very effective and unique solutions to the problems of stimulation and descaling. The
products have been successfully used throughout the region and are well known. The products are
sourced in the UK and are effective and environmental benign alternatives to the existing technology
used in the oilfield. Most of the products are based on chelant technology, an emerging chemical
approach in our industry that is both effective and environmentally benign. Product names include

SD27X, a powerful stimulation chemical and Pyrosol ES, a very effective iron sulphide and calcium
carbonate scale dissolver. SD27X is also known as HDC Mk II in several markets where it has been
very successfully used in stimulation, stuck pipe in SBM, and for dissolving the filtercake behind
screens. We have many successful case histories.

M&Ds products include such well-known names as Ultra Seal, Poly Plug, Liquid Bridge Plug, Pro
Blend, and Ultra Spacer. The various applications are sealing leaking packers, leaking casing and
tubing, water shut-off, sand consolidation, abandonment plugs, sealing pressured annuli, and various
drilling fluid additives. Ultra Spacer is a unique system used as a cement spacer that solves loss
circulation ensuring consistent successful cement jobs. M&Ds latest product is Well Bond, a sealant
for leaking wellheads. M&Ds line of products are made in America at a secure 100,000 square feet
warehouse and manufacturing facility. All products are lab tested per a strict QA/QC protocol, and
each bag, pail or tote is stamped with a QA/QC number and samples are retained for two years. All

Rexos produces a unique orange based wax and asphaltenes dissolver, OrangeWorks.
OrangeWorks is also very effective is cleaning out sludge tanks and promoting oil and water
separation. It is also used as a general maintenance degreaser replacing suspected carcinogen
products as toluene and xylene. Unlike other DLimonenes on the market, OrangeWorks is not

regulated as a marine pollutant. It is based on a formula devised by Dr. Richard Monbiot that was
awarded Environmental Product of the Year in the UK in 1998.

Brenitech has developed another unique product used as a wax and corrosion inhibitor that stands
above the rest in the industry. The product is called PSI and was developed in the demanding and
harsh environment of the Canadian tar sands. Besides the excellent wax and corrosion inhibitor
properties, PSI also promotes the rapid separation of the oil and water phases.

WellTech also provides a variety of products including PowerPickle and PowerSurf, both used in a
casing clean-up package. We have a mercury decontamination and vapour suppressant chemical
named EnviroMerc. PentaFlow is a product that is used as a preflush in stimulation or descaling
