Project on the NPSH(net positive suction head) of the main plant, Kothari
petrochemicals pvt ltd, Manali, Chennai

The plant produces the polymer polybutene, using inputs from the nearby CPCL. The plant was
carefully studied, and its NPSH values determined. Suggestions to improve efficiency were
provided based on derived results.

Project on Lab production of Hexamine, NIT Trichy

The various reactions used to prepare the compound hexamine were studied and the suitable
method for medium scale laboratory production was determined. With a self designed Lab
reactor and setup, hexamine was successfully produced under given efficiency constraints.
