twogroupforStockandNonStockmaterials.

Bydefault,ifyouenterMatlNo.intheinitialscreen,systemautomaticallypicksthedoc.typeILand
theno.rangeassignedtoit.
Ifyou'renotenteredmatl.no.intheinitialscreen,andproceedtheTransactionfurther,systempicks
thedoc.typeINandpromptsyoutoenterMatlGroup.
Inthesecondcase,thesystempicksuptheno.rangeasperassignment.

Hereinyourcase,youwantcreateanewno.rangeandassigntoyourIL/IN.

Forthis,yougotothetransactionDefineNo.RangesinInforecord,frommenubar,chooseGroup>
maintain.Hereyoumaintainyournewno.rangewithaname.Nowyournewgroupiscreatedwith

IdonotuseME12,ItrainmyuserstochangeinforecordsviaME1MorME1Llists,itismuch
easierandquickertofindtheinforecord,thanthruF4helpsinME12
