Procedure for enlistment:

TEDA will
1. accept the receipt of applications a valid training certificate issued to one of their
technicians by TEDA, EDI, MSME-DI etc for the training undergone by them in respect
of installation and commissioning of Solar PV / Solar Thermal systems as per
applicability. towards enlistment for SWHS and SPV systems only during the first fifteen
days of the months of April, July, October and January.
Enlistment application / Renewal will not be processed without a valid Training
Certificate.
2. issue enlistment letters to the vendors in the next fifteen days of the respective months
with 3 year validity from the date of issue of enlistment letter.
3. Security Deposit of Rs.50,000/-( Refundable) has to be paid at the time of registration in the
form of :
Demand Draft favoring Tamil Nadu Energy Development Agency payable at Chennai
( or )

Fixed Deposit lien to TEDA drawn on Indian Overseas Bank only

Demand Draft favoring Tamil Nadu Energy Development Agency payable at Chennai for
Rs. 5000/-towards Enlistment Fee + Rs.2000/- Processing Fee ( Non-Refundable)

Mandatory Training:

Vendors who apply to TEDA for enlistment should enclose a valid training certificate
issued to one of their technicians by TEDA, EDI, MSME-DI etc for the training

Thermal systems as per applicability.

Enlistment application and Renewal for Enlistment Application will not be processed
without a valid Training Certificate.
