Work Experience

4+ yrs of experience in managing operations and atleast 2+ yrs of experience in team handling

Critical Skills Required

Accounting Knowledge, Operational knowledge of PMS / Equity Markets, specifically Derivatives, Team Mgmt

Competencies Required

Excel, Knowledge of Wealth Spectrum is preferred

C. Role Purpose

To manage the day to day PMS operations in a most effective, efficient and error free manner. To manage expectations of all stake holders including regulators

D. Key Accountabilities
a) Ensure daily accounting of all financial transactions in PMS, Derivatives and Private Equity setup like AIF

b) Finalisation of Accounts for PMS clients & Private Equity Funds, Accurate charging of all incomes & expenses, Audit of accounts
c) Daily reconciliation of all accounts
d) Timely and accurate MIS to Regulators, Compliance and Business team as per SLA
e) Preparation of Process Manual & Training people on processes as decided
