Business and role allocations are based on business goals and the participants'

Post-training, participants take on strategic or operational roles at junior

1. Gross Salary is payable as monthly remuneration


2. Annual Fixed Pay is paid on a yearly basis on successful completion of the
learning modules and project assignments
3. VPLP is projected at an Outstanding Rating and the eligibility to earn VPLP will be
based on four key indicators- Priority, Productivity, Profitability, and Partnership, the
details will be shared on joining.
4. On successful completion of the program the talent is promoted to the Manager
or Senior Manager grade.
