Weight of not more than five hundred (500) kilograms of finished products are allowed at a time.
The scope of area IS LIMITED ONLY AT THE ABOVE STATED PLACE OF BUSINESS.
The Licensee is not authorize to engage or conduct any Fireworks Display.
This license is valid only with attached requisite Mayors Permit to sell FC/PD as Retailer.
Only firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices manufactured by authorized FC/PD Manufacturer with valid
License Issued by the CSG, PNP shall be the source of Licensed Dealers stocks for market distribution.
The importation of finished firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices is prohibited. Imported firecrackers and
pyrotechnic devices found in the market shall be deemed illegally manufactured and shall be subject to
confiscation as provided for under RA 7183 and its IRR dated Oct. 30, 2012 under Rule 15, Sec. 5.
Subject to the conditions that the Licensee will safely keep the firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices and will
faithfully comply with all the laws and regulations relating to firecrackers and pyrotechnics devices which are
now or hereafter may be enforced.
