Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:

Lunch:
Sunny Citrus Beet
Makes 2 servings (16-20 oz each, 500 ml)
Ingredients:
4 medium-sized beets
1 grapefruit
2 lemons
4 carrots
1 knob (1 inch) of turmeric
Directions:
1. Peel the grapefruit and lemon (optional) or scrub the lemon well.
2. Wash and scrub the remaining produce and chop to fit your juicer.
3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
Mid Afternoon:
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers
10 celery stalks
2 green apples, cored

Dinner
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
Evening
(16-20 oz each, 500 ml)
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
2 pears (you can also use ripe peaches when in season)
1 apple
1 1/3 cups (150 g/6 oz) blueberries
Dash of ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Boil the water.
2. Place the ginger slices and/or lemon in a mug and pour in the water.
Add black pepper, cayenne and/or turmeric (optional).
3. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on the strength of flavor
desired. Strain if you like, and drink.
Directions:
1. Wash all produce.
2. Thaw the blueberries if using frozen.
3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.

3 cucumbers
2 yellow bell peppers (capsicum)
2 in (5 cm) piece of ginger
Directions:
1. Wash all produce.
2. Thaw the blueberries if using frozen.
3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy.

Ingredients:
6 carrots
2 cucumbers
1 lemon
4 large chard (silverbeet) leaves
4 stems and leaves fresh oregano, about cup (optional)
Directions:
1. Wash all produce well.
2. Peel lemon.
3. Juice all ingredients starting with greens, oregano (if using)
then cucumber, lemon and carrots.
