Provide consultative process management & interventions to a logistics client mainly focused on
upstream (core operations that impact O2C) processes and other downstream (order to cash)
processes
Identify implications of proposed solutions on people, process & technology platform
Identify new opportunities to increase productivity, enhance customer experience, improve service
levels & reduce operating cost
Support change management drives to implement new strategies, develop efficiency and strengthen
controls
Perform detailed analysis to interpret data & generate business insights to provide recommendations
Work independently and think objectively to develop action plans and own the outcome Presents the
recommendations to key client leaders
Strong analytical, Problem solving & Data mining skills, Project Management & Persuasion skills,
Strong communication skills & demonstrate ability to influence decisions
Strong Logistics domain exposure will be an added advantage
