Senior Management Trainee Process Transformation Business Services (BPO)

Job Summary
The candidate will work with global operating leaders to provide comprehensive analytical & strategic thinking
to improve operations performance & deliver thought leadership. It will require strong interpersonal,
presentation and communication abilities to interface with functional leaders in the client organization to
implement changes. Responsibilities will cover Transition and Transformation:
Transition:
Evaluation and prioritisation of business processes for offshore service delivery
Business Analysis and structuring/re-engineering of processes to make them suitable for offshore delivery
Lead Due Diligence for process transition
Project management of knowledge transfer.
Transformation:
Evaluation process changes feasibility and work closely with the client to implement changes
Work with Transformation Board for generation, evaluation and implementation of big ticket ideas
Prepare detailed action plan for executive management and drive the process improvement charter
Work with multiple teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution of plans
The candidate will be trained in HCLs consulting toolkit which includes process evaluation frameworks,
Business Process Mapping tools, business analysis etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

Provide consultative process management & interventions to a logistics client mainly focused on
upstream (core operations that impact O2C) processes and other downstream (order to cash)
processes
Identify implications of proposed solutions on people, process & technology platform
Identify new opportunities to increase productivity, enhance customer experience, improve service
levels & reduce operating cost
Support change management drives to implement new strategies, develop efficiency and strengthen
controls
Perform detailed analysis to interpret data & generate business insights to provide recommendations
Work independently and think objectively to develop action plans and own the outcome Presents the
recommendations to key client leaders

Qualification & Experience

Engineering / Finance degree with MBA from a recognized university is preferred.

Preferred not mandatory: relevant work experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Order to Cash

MBA Specialization preferred

Operations/General Management
Skill Sets required

Strong analytical, Problem solving & Data mining skills, Project Management & Persuasion skills,
Strong communication skills & demonstrate ability to influence decisions
Strong Logistics domain exposure will be an added advantage

Compensation offered (CTC)

9 LPA to 13 LPA based upon the relevant work experience prior to MBA/PGDM
