alwayssafeforourstudents,staff,andfamilies.Wehavenoticedandreceivedfeedbackfromsomestaffmembers
thatthelargegroupofstudentsmoving(ie:running)throughthelonghallwaysinthemorningarecausingpotential
safetyissues.
1.BreakfastStartingMon,7/25.Pleasepickupyourstudentsfromthecafeteriaat7:30a.m.Wewillhavethe
studentswhoareherebefore7:30waiting/eatingbreakfastinthecafeteriaatthetables.Theywillbesittingbygrade
level.Studentswhogethereafter7:30willcometotheroomontheirown.Iftheyarebeingdroppedofflatebyaparent
theywillhaveapassfromtheoffice.
2.Withourlonghallwaysandinconsistentintercomvolume,wearestillhavingahandfulofstudentsmissingtheirbus
eachday.StartingMon,7/27willbehavingallteacherswalktheirclassroomsdowntothefronthallway/foyerareaat
theendoftheday.Studentswillthenmoveintobusgroups.Therewillbesignshangingonthewalls.Pleasestaywith
ourstudentsandhelpsuperviseuntil12:30p.m.
