HBC systems are designed so that all tools and chemical repair products always have their own place inside
the case. This helps the general overview of the repair
technician, as he can clearly see if any items are missing.
Chemical products have full color labels, which clearly
show a photo of the repair application for each specific
product.

problem of getting the new color to exactly and invisibly
match the existing original panel.

Using sophisticated color analysis software and professional photo-spectrometer equipment we can provide
the exact recipe to deliver perfect color matches every
time. How it works: the original leather and vinyl is
scanned with the hand-held spectrometer, the resulting data is converted by the software into an easy to
follow recipe drawing on 4 of the 13 base Aqua colors
or Solvent B3 or the standard colors made by HBC
system, you are welcome to download the list on www.
hbc-system.com
The recipe gives the exact amount of each color that is
needed to achieve the volume required, from as little as
50ml to 5 litres per mix.
All that is needed to measure out and mix the colors
thoroughly, add the right level of dulling agent to adjust
the sheen to the correct level, and then use the color to
finish the repair off perfectly!
