Security of Tenure: For Private School both Basic Education and College

Regularization and Permanency:


Rank and File and Officers:

Must have served the company for at least 6 months for the Rank and File ; 3

months for officers


At least very satisfactory performance rating for the probationary period as

evaluated by immediate supervisor


No record of violation of company policies.

Faculty Regularization / Permanency:


College

She/he must have served the Education System as full time faculty for three (3)
consecutive years without any break from his/her appointment or change of

status from full-time to part-time.


Must be competent as evaluated by the Dean, Area Coordinators, students and
peers. The Performance Appraisal System for Teaching (PAST) will be the

instrument to measure the performance of the faculty concerned.


Faculty must have finished his/her relevant Masteral/Doctoral degree before 3
years designated time.

Basic education

She/he must have served the Education System as full time faculty for three (3)
consecutive years without any break from his/her appointment or change of

status from full-time to part-time.


Must be competent as evaluated by the Dean, Area Coordinators, students and
peers. The Performance Appraisal System for Teaching (PAST) will be the

instrument to measure the performance of the faculty concerned.


Faculty must have finished or have 18 units in Masteral degree.

Retirement:

As provided under the Retirement Law or RA 7641, under its AMA Retirement Program
shall pay their employees when they reach the optional age (60) or compulsory age
(65), a cash benefit equivalent to 22.5 days per year of service computed on the
employees last salary arte provided that they have served the company for at least 5
years for Faculty and 10 years for Non-Academic employees. The program is noncontributory on the part of the employees.
