The Weaver Family will be hosting the 2017 Scruggs Family Reunion in Charlotte, North Carolina , also

known as the "Queen City" and we want to welcome you!

FAMILY REUNION HOST HOTEL
Hotel block accommodations have been made at the following hotel:

Regular room nightly rate - $119 a night /

Executive suite nightly rate - $159* a night

*Executive suite includes light breakfast in the morning and drinks and appetizers at night.

King and/or queen rooms are available at the above rate. Call the hotel directly at 704.547.7444 to make
your reservation. Use the name SFRAUG when booking your reservation. All reservations must be made by
July 4, 2017 to guarantee rate.
The hotel is located near several shops, bars, and great restaurants. Breakfast is not included but is
available at the hotel.

REGISTRATION AND FEES
Anyone the age of 13 or above will be considered an adult. The price of an adult is $80.00. Price is based
on participation from Thursday - Sunday events. Anyone 12 and younger will be considered a child and will
have a cost of $45.00.Price includes reunion t-shirt, Meet & Greet, Family Cookout and activities, and
Family Old School Party.
Registration fees are to be paid by May 6, 2017. Registration fees paid after May 6, please include a
$10.00 late fee. Last day to register is July 8, 2017. For information or questions about the Scruggs
